The right to food is the right to live with dignity

Malnutrition is a problem affecting a growing number of people and families in Italy.
1 in 10 lives in a situation where they are unable to meet basic expenses, such as those for food.

Progetto Arca is involved in food support activities across the whole Italy.
From the meals served every day in the canteens within of our reception facilities and on the streets by our food trucks, to the food parcels delivered to the homes of families in economic difficulty, to the groceries that the most vulnerable households can access for free in our social markets. Outposts in the fight against poverty and change, where food becomes a powerful vehicle for social inclusion.
